Outage Description: UPDATE: The network outage has been resolved, and all internet customers should be up and running. If you are still having issues please call us at +1 (705) 646-1846 and choose option 2. You will be put through to a live answering service who will have one of our Tech Support team members reach out to you shortly. -- We are aware of a network outage in the Bracebridge area. This is the result of weather-related damage to a hydro pole in a difficult to access area. Crews are currently deployed and will be working well into the evening and again starting in the early morning. Customers can expect to have internet restored tomorrow morning and throughout the afternoon.
