Muskoka/Parry Sound Ontario: In January, Lakeland Energy and Lakeland Networks’ Pandemic and Business Continuity Teams proactively met to prepare for a potential COVID-19 outbreak and ensure continued customer service, health & safety of customers and staff, and network system reliability.

“Over the past few weeks, we have instituted many procedures to meet customer needs and provide peace of mind for our customers and to ensure connectivity during this unprecedented time” explained Chris Litschko, Chief Executive Officer. In addition, and to guard against the spread of COVID-19 Lakeland has closed their offices to the public for customer and staff protection.

All our networks and services remain fully operational. While other internet service providers with usage capped services have adjusted through this period, Lakeland continues to offer unlimited and uncapped services. We know and understand service is critical to our customers.
