Accessibility Survey

Lakeland is pleased to be conducting an Accessibility Survey from the beginning of August until the end of September. With your help, this survey will provide us with valuable insight into how we can better assist you if you identify as a person with a disability. The survey will be completely anonymous unless you choose to share your personal contact information with us. Any contact information provided will be kept in the strictest confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This survey will take only a few minutes of your time. After the survey is completed, we will use your feedback to create an Accessibility Plan to better ease of access.
